Nice hotel close to the center and la punta

Staff was very friendly and attentive to what we needed. When the Internet was not working in our room they moved the router so we could have wifi. Room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Habitación espaciosa y cómoda para dos personas. La atención del personal ha sido muy buena. La ubicación del Hotel es muy práctica, ya que se encuentra bastante cerca del aeropuerto, de la zona comercial y de los autobuses que te llevan a cualquier parte que desees ir. Ideal para quedarse unos pocos días. Para viajes de negocios o visitas rápidas.

Staff is good. Place was dirty. Dirt on floor. Empty bottle in hallway. You will wake up to the sound of horns. It’s a crusty sex hotel basically for the local bros it seems like. Like I said staff is nice and helpful. Place is just crusty face. To be fair I did arrive at 2am and as the advertise a Sana It’s prolly functional

Não reserve! Não cometa o mesmo erro que eu!

A pior noite da vida, um nojo literalmente! Escolhemos por ficar próximo ao aeroporto, e facilitar pois chegamos a noite e o próximo voô a Cusco seria no dia seguinte, mas foi a pior escolha, quarto sujo, mas muito sujo, tufos de cabelo rolando pelo chão, lençóis nojentos e sujos, e o banheiro com cheiro horrível! Fora o barulho, extremante barulhento, alarmes e apitos por tudo, não conseguíamos descobrir de onde, e mais o barulho da rua! A funcionária ligou antes das 8:00 pra dizer que tinha dado o troco errado, sério, e ficou insistindo enquanto não descíamos, não deu nem para tomar um banho em paz! Não vale a pena, nem por uma noite!

Clean but very stinky

Super confortable bed. The good finish here. The hot water is very few and you need to wait 5 10 minutes before arrive. When arrive the shower start to smell so strong your room is overwhelmed with the odor of sewer.

Weird smell and relatively inattentive staff

When we got to our room there was a very weird, sweet smell that we eventually figured came from the bathroom, quite possibly via the attached steam room (which we couldn't figure out). We kept the windows open for the afternoon, and suffered the smell at night (closing the bathroom door helped). The hot tub is actually available by gender. For example, women get Sunday and Monday, or something like that. I know that we don't speak Spanish so it was hard for the staff to be very accommodating, but the experience felt so disattached from the staff that it felt like we merely renter a car and went off on our way. There was nothing to make this hotel feel like home.
