The staff was wonderful and super friendly! The pool needs some working but I understand it was winter time when we went. The chalet‘s are cozy but super functional, and the best part is the fireplace!

Travesseiros com forte odor de amaciante (reclamamos e trocaram os travesseiros), trilhas para as chalés sem iluminação a noite, recepção sem profissionais do ramo de hotelaria, a ponto de ninguém saber sequer a profundidade das piscinas, ninguém para ajudar a carregar as malas, cama muito alta desliza o hóspede a ponto de derrubar do chão, como aconteceu comigo, café da manhã com bolos que parece foram feitos há dois dias, pois estavam duros e secos. Frutas como o mamão, estavam mofadas

Boa Pousada mas necessita modernização

A pousada fica logo na entrada da cidade e esta situada em uma ampla area verde. Os Chales são de bom tamanho. Boa cama de casal e boa ducha eletrica. Fiquei no Chale Janela do seu, um dos mais distantes da recepção/restaurante. Pessoas idosas ou com alguma dificuldade de locomoção devem ir de carro até a recepção. Na recepção existe um bom estacionamento. A area de convivência onde é servido o cafe da manhã é um pouco escura, agravado por moveis mais antigos e também escuros. Bom cafe da manhã com itens de qualidade e saborosos. Senti falta de um iogurte natural. A piscina é pequena para o tamanho da pousada e fica proximo a recepção e local pouco aprazível.

Pousada muito bonita e bem localizada

Pousada bem localizada com uma vista linda logo na entrada da cidadezinha. Estrutura boa com os chalés espalhados num terreno amplo e muito bem cuidado o que dá uma sensação de privacidade. No entanto, a cama de casal é pequena e o café da manhã é apenas mediano. Mas, no geral, recomendo a Repousada Chalés.

Boa Pousada, ótimo atendimento.

Chalé confortável e muito bem localizado. Tudo funcionando, apenas com algumas frestas na janela e porta, que facilita a entrada do vento frio, natural nesta época. Equipe atenciosa com destaque para a "Gel" que nos serviu o café da manhã e nos fez sentir em casa. Recomendo.
