I paid extra for an ocean view (as opposed to a partial view). I did get part of an ocean view though. When I opened my door to the small balcony, I was looking forward to hearing the waves lapping against the shore. What I heard was traffic noise because it opened up to a busy street. On Saturday night, a place right across the street was having big party (loud music). Not at all was I was expecting"

"Even though this is an older motel, it was in a good location. We had a nice view of the ocean. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing wrong was the tub would not drain properly. The stopper had to be held up for the tub to drain. Overall we enjoyed our stay there."

"It’s time for some upgrades, this is an old hotel but in need of repairs and upgrades in the rooms and bathrooms and also pull up the smelly carpets in the rooms"

" Check in was chaotic as they couldn’t even get the key card to read. Had to be let in room by staff and get key card later. Breakfast was terrible. Stale bagels that fall apart when pulling apart. Egg n Muffin soggy. No bacon EVER! Just a rubbery sausage patties. Was not impressed with our stay here. "
