Great location, clean rooms

Good for basic stay, great location. Was abit noisy due to building work outside. Double room was spacious and clean for single person but limited space for family, hotel was eco friendly so there was no hotel amenities in the room. Breakfast was ok.

Enjoyed my stay at Novotel Lille Centre Gares last week. Front desk staff spoke English which was very helpful! Room was clean and quiet. Walking distance to train station as well as nice restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was good, location is great. Rooms need a bit of help with the plumbing. Bathroom sink didn’t drain well, needed to tell the front desk to fill the soap dispenser in the bathroom and to swap out towels all of which they did right away.

Novotel Lille Centre Gare review

We have stayed in a few Novotel hotels before and this one wasn’t great. The room was a lot smaller than the one in Novotel Brussels and we were positioned above the restaurant/ bar area, which was noisy. The room was too hot, as the air conditioning had been changed to warm air. We asked for the broken safe in the room to be fixed but this was never done. The floor in the breakfast area was very sticky. As a family we didn’t enjoy our stay here but on a positive, the location is pretty good.

La réception et le personnel du bar/restaurant étaient très bon, digne d'un 4 étoiles. Lors de mon arrivée, une personne était mécontente de la non climatisation des chambres car le processus était centralisé et pas activé car nous sommes en avril et que les températures ne sont objectivement pas si élevée (20 degrés en journée et 5 le soir). J'ai même trouvé ma chambre plutôt fraîche. Ca n'a pas été un problème car un plaid était présent dans la chambre. Le personnel a géré l'affaire avec diplomatie en proposant une chambre plus fraîche bien que la personne l'a refusé. Par contre, les verres en chambre sentaient encore le vinaigre et n'étaient pas parfaitement lavés, ce qui m'a posé problème. Néanmoins, j'avais oublié ma brosse à dent et j'ai fini les mouchoirs de ma chambre, et cela m'a été donné en chambre selon mes instructions. Autre bémol, c'est l'insonorisation de la chambre avec le couloir. Avec l'extérieur, je n'ai eu aucun problème alors même que l'hôtel est juste à côté d'une gare. Le gros plus, c'est la possibilité d'avoir un petit-déjeuner très copieux en chambre que l'on peut réserver à la dernière minute. Il y a aussi une bagagerie. De plus, ils sont assez flexible sur l'heure de check-out. Rapport qualité-prix, je recommande et je reviendrai surement car leur offre correspond à mes besoins. Un grand merci au personnel

Très mécontent de mon séjour dans cet hôtel, certes il est dans le vieux Lille, mais la prestation n'est absolument pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Le chauffage a fonctionné par intermittence et il faisait très froid dans la chambre. J'avais une suite et il n'y avait que de l'eau dans le minibar. De plus, il n'a pas été réapprovisionné le lendemain, tout comme le thé, inadmissible pour un hôtel se disant 4 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner était moyen. Je ne reviendrai pas.
