Location is great, in the centre of Roubaix. Hotel is clean and light and airy. It’s a 3 star at best, but for the money good value. My main issue is that the property description clearly says Parking is included for free (which to me hints that they have their own parking). When I asked where the parking was the receptionist said no parking is free or included and I have to park in the public parking across the road which is chargeable. So I had an extra expense to pay. I expected to be parking in the hotel’s own car park- on top of this my dashcam picked up 2 people trying to break into the car overnight. The property needs to remove the reference to parking being included.

Hotel pleasant enough. Parking is only free on Sunday and not secure (public square opposite the hotel) - car window smashed through vandalism.

Dans cet hôtel vous ne serez jamais seul, des puces de lit vous accompagneront et vous feront oublier les remontées d'odeur d'égout.
