"The hotel was under construction during my stay, which was not disclosed beforehand, and it also appears the property has recently changed names. Overall, the experience was subpar. The biggest issue was the elevators. They were unreliable, had signs instructing guests how to press buttons to avoid breaking them, and would vibrate aggressively at certain floors. Some floors couldn’t even be accessed by elevator and required using the stairs, which was inconvenient. The ice machine was only located on the bottom floor, adding to the hassle. The room cleanliness was just okay. It seemed standard at first, but I did notice some hairs here and there, which wasn’t great. The hot water was inconsistent and not very good. The staff also didn’t seem very engaged or welcoming. Overall, the stay was disappointing and could definitely be improved, especially with better communication about construction and maintenance issues."

"Don't stay in room 112. You will hear birds in the stairs chirping until 3am and a light shines through the bathroom all night. "

"I stayed at this hotel for 6 days, and overall, my experience was not very satisfactory. First, the hotel does not provide cleaning service proactively. During my entire stay, I barely received any housekeeping service（ I know they say will do it every 7 days , but still quite different from other ) The front desk staff were generally okay in terms of attitude. However, the noise level in the hotel was very poor. I could hear frequent dog barking from the hallway, which made it difficult to rest. Another unpleasant experience was that I was woken up by a phone call from the front desk in the afternoon. They told me that a guest downstairs had complained about noise, saying I was jumping in my room. In reality, I was asleep at that time. This suggests that the staff did not verify the situation themselves and simply relied on the complaint without checking. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel."

"The staff was very helpful and kind, rooms were clean I loved the door from the room to the court yard. "

"I liked the breakfast served, hot and many options. The room was clean and orderly. The pool is very small not like in pictures. Staff friendly. The only down side was a child I heard crying a couple of times and I could hear my neighbor open and shut door frequently. Thankfully it was not an issue at night. Restaurants nearby. A CVS next door. There is also a fabulous restaurant “The Oasis” about a 7 minute drive from this hotel! Happy accident. "
