This is a lovely hotel. Perfect location. Reasonable price. Big rooms. Very clean. I will never stay there again due to the extremely harsh air freshener used in the lobby. Imagine being trapped in a perfume store with a sensitivity to scents. This was worse. I had to dash up the stairs and run to my room with a mask on to avoid a two hour splitting headache and the accompanying light sensitivity. So did not get to enjoy the lovely ambience of this hotel. There is an actual machine in the lobby that releases the scent. Aromatherapy from hell.

Great hotel with glamour in the center of Liberec

Very nice hotel in "old style", but with some glamour, in the City Center of Liberec. Friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, everything perfect.

A little bit old fashion, but in a good way, had a nice old time glamour. Exellent breakfast. Situation perfect, in the town center, but on a more quiet street, so it was easy to arrive with a motorcycle. Rooms are clean and have cooling system. Special thanks to the young ladies in the reception for very friendly service, helping us with disabled parking etc.!

Ok - the positives: it’s clean, the WIFI is good and the rooms are large. Negatives: the air conditioning simply doesn’t work. It’s absolutely boiling. I tried a total of three different rooms - each time, as I dragged my body up and down the stairs, I was told “it’ll work fine, it’s fixed”. Each time it didn’t work. Very frustrating. It’s a central air conditioning system which is either turned off (to save money) or is thoroughly broken. It’s a shame. The hotel is beautiful but the management is so poor.

We had nice stay, I would just mention that the shower holder was loose therefore it was working properly. Pillows were very not supportive very soft not good for your neck. Apart from this it was great.

Tyvärr var spa delen stängd pga renovering, ingen information om detta på deras hemsida. Hon i receptionen hade inte koll på vad vi redan hade betalt fö och inte. Dåligt också att parkeringen inte ingick i hotell avgiften. Frukosten var dock väldigt bra. Rummet var rymligt
