"The first evening going into room was ok. The next 2 days ask for cleanup didn’t get it.Did request Thursday and Friday was told was on the list and when came back in evening time it wasn’t done. No towels no trash change was told again last night would be today (check out day). When spoke to someone tdy I was asked why I didn’t say something before I did inform her I did. Also there was snacks,food,personal stuff in one of the drawers which I didn’t notice because don’t use. I was question on that also why I waited 3 days. The breakfast was kind of ok 1 day but you may have better service at homeless shelter. I did get 1 day credited back to me and was told again it will be clean today. Which again I was leaving tdy"

"We live in town but wanted to be closer to uncc for graduation, have a relaxing dinner and get a good nights sleep, we ended up with the wrong room, a king instead of two beds, our hvac was so loud we could not sleep. Our phone in the room didn’t work, so we could not call down for room service or anything else for that matter, which I thought felt unsafe, when I called from my cell phone I would get transferred and then disconnected, finally i wentt down to place the order, an hour or so later I had to go back down and check on it, 20 more minutes it showed up. It was two chicken ceasar salads, when my daughter showered the hot water was scalding hot that she could not shower properly and neither could I, I let the front desk know and nothing happened. The relaxing night before graduation was a mess and of course no refund for anything.. definitely would not recommend"

"It has taken years for the remodel and we continued to stay during the 4 years of construction. Along the way, the rooms were always decent and clean and the hotel felt safe. CONSTRUCTION is DONE! The place looks great and the rooms are really nice."
