"Breakfast Pool"

"Stayed in accessibility room with bathtub and secondary shower head attachment was non functional which was very inconvenient. Reported to front desk. Maintenance was sent to room and realized that this order was reported earlier and was not corrected. We were offered another room on our last night of 2-night stay. Too much of a hassle to relocate. Please compensate with Hilton awards bonus points . Thank you."

"Room was comfortable and clean. Shower was good. Loved the pool. Thought staff was friendly and capable. I saw the manager dealing with a gentleman I can only describe as a "Karen" who was complaining that the pool was being cleaned around mandatory check out time in the a.m. He was a jerk but the manager kept cool and stayed polite. Kudos."

"I give this place a 10 out of 10, I would definitely stay here and recommend this place. Location was absolutely perfect you are surrounded by awesome restaurants shopping center wasn’t 5 minutes away. Could easily get back to the interstate, property and staff was amazing. The only not so perfect thing that happened was I couldn’t get an extra towel when I needed it because there wasn’t any had to wait until the next day and still housekeeping hadn’t came to bring any so I bought 1. But I still give it a 10 not a deal breaker for me."

"When checking in staff was having a personal conversation so I had to wait then while checking me in the person came back and he continued his personal conversation the room had not even s half roll of toilet paper so I had to get one off housekeeping cart the shower runs out onto the bathroom floor so just the floor mat is not good enough dunking breakfast the syrup container was also most empty where I had tilt to the side to get syrup While leaving there was a older man very concerned about actually going on in the hotel where he reported and there was three staff members at the front who dismissed him Where he then came to me asking for help I assisted him with notifying the authorities the staff saw and hear this and then they decided to call someone I came into this area because my son was having a basketball tournament this is supposed to be a family friendly hotel and nothing felt family or friendly the staff could have taken the information down for the man and have it at least noted so that if this came about again then they all know it’s repeatedly but they chose to ignore him and if someone was to get hurt then they have a bigger issue I will not stay here again with my family"

Grandover Resort & Spa, a Wyndham Grand Hotel

"The resort is very nice but the staff and service is not good. The service in the restaurant was terrible it took 20 minutes just to get a coffee. The front desk staff were not friendly and the internet was not working so I didn’t have TV service in my room. I asked for a 1/2 hour late check out and they wouldn’t give it to me."
