Lovely and friendly

Lovely place, Julie and her husband made us feel very welcomed to them. Great breakfast, clean, comfy room. Nice with homemade shortbreads in the room. Bought Julie’s own marmelade and jam as a memory from our nice and helpful hosts. We can definitely reccommend this guest house.

Great place!

Such a great spot - I stayed here for one night before flying out of Edinburgh the next day. The owners of the guest house truly thought of everything for a very reasonable price, a large Scottish breakfast included. My room was clean, included homemade shortbread, coffee, & tea, and was very homey. Use of the hot tub in the backyard was an added bonus at the end of the evening as well! The town itself is cute and very walkable, the fish at Imries Fish Bar was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Would definitely recommend staying here!
