Nice spacious rooms, friendly staff

I enjoyed my stay at the Boardhousing appartement. The staff did everything to make my stay during these crazy Corona times as comfortable, yet safe as possible. Amazing efforts I would say. The only thing that could be added in my opinion: please place "do not disturb" or "no room cleaning today" signs in the rooms, that guests can put on their doors in the morning. I don't need my room to be cleaned everyday. In fact, I usually prefer no one to enter my room during my trips. This is also better for the environment. Apart from this: I will definitely come back to this Hotel. Keep on the good work.

Rooms are immaculate, compact, but include light kitchen facilities. Great to have parking available with the property, and even bikes available to borrow for free. It's within easy walking distance of the town centre - about 30 minutes - which I liked.

冷房と浴槽がグッドポイント

夏場の滞在なので、冷房付きのアパートを探していて見つけた。他の口コミでは冷えが甘いと書かれているが、そんなこともなく結構冷える。というか、温調がこわれているのかむちゃくちゃ冷える。 浴槽はジャグジーとジェットバス付きで広く快適だが、お湯があふれると排水口が浴槽の外にないのでいつまでもベチャベチャ状態になる。また浴槽を洗う道具が無かったので、雑巾を持ってきてもらった。本当は柄のついたもの(バスポンみたいなもの)を要望したが無かったらしい。長期連泊だと掃除してくれないから掃除道具はあらかじめ置いておいて欲しい。 キッチンの電灯も切れていて交換してもらう。前の宿泊者チェックアウト後に機器の状態確認はされていなかった模様。 辺りは、中心街と違ってかなり人が少ないが、目の前の道路の交通量が多いのと、電車の駅の直ぐ前に位置するので意外にうるさい。ただ、その代わり交通の便はかなり良い。 自転車が無料で借りれるので、これも便利。 日曜日は、入口の真ん前でマルシェが開かれる。ローストチキンやパエリア、フルーツなどを買った。(肉や魚や野菜も安くで売ってる)

Acomodações ótimas, quarto grande, com tudo que é preciso. Banheiro incrível. Muito bem localizado. único ponto de atenção é que o local de checkin não é o local de hospedagem, não que isso seja um problema, pelo contrario achei bom. Mas é preciso comunicar esse ponto melhor.

Een prima, net hotel met zeer vriendelijke staf. Over het algemeen voldoende (gratis) parkeergelegenheid, maar in de avond kan het lastig zijn als het naastgelegen restaurant vol zit. Ontbijt is prima, maar behoorlijk prijzig. De kamers zijn ruim en netjes. In de omgeving zijn een aantal restaurants, van goedkoop tot heel duur, van typisch Vlaams tot Aziatisch. Voor de rest is er in de nabijheid niet zo heel veel te doen, daarvoor met je naar de stad zelf (met de bus bijvoorbeeld, lopen is te ver).

Badezimmer u Zimmer völlig ausreichend das einzige war engegen den Angaben gab es keinen Wasserkocher den ich extra deswegen zu Hause lies ebnso wenn da Kaffebar steht kenne ich es nur, dass da auch entsprechend Kaffeepades Tee etc. vorhanden sind, aber es stand nur eine einsame Kaffemaschine da.Die Bettwäsche hatte leider von außen Flecken. Aber ansonsten im ganzen gut

Lovely apartment in Heverlee, near to station

Clean comfortable apartment in Heverlee 2 mins train ride to Leuven central. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, ikea kitchenette handy if you wanted to cook. Highly recommend

Beautiful apartment and great city

Lovely place to stay and beautiful city. The only slight problems were that the reception was at a different building and we didn’t know until we arrived. Parking was also at the other building so we had to carry our luggage round to the first place again. Reception was also not staffed on arrival. The room was lovely and location great. All the facilities were very good and it was very clean. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would return.

Great stay!

Friendly staff, nice room, shower was good, bed was comfortable, decent location (10min walk to the edge of the city center)... and we stayed over the weekend so there was a lovely market just outside the door the following day. There’s also a bakery right around her corner. Good stuff.
