Canceled after 1 night due to the horrible heat

Check-in not available before 5 pm and check-out time is 10 am. These are not common times. But the worst is the heat in the room. It was so hot in the room that we could not sleep and left in the morning although we had paid for another night. The little ventilator was ridiculous and did not help at all. Staff speaks only french. At least they were trying to help. But I really think with the summer heat the rooms must be equipped with air conditioning. It’s a shame we had to cancel out weekend trip because it was not bearable…our vacation was supposed to be fun.

Jour de tempete, nous sommes arrivé a 14h30, j ai demande un early checking et refus categorique, nous avons passe 3h dehors sous le froid et les trombes d eau. Je pense que le meme etablissement en espagne aurait eu plus d intelligence à accueillir ses hotes. Quel hotel peut avoir une arrivee a 17h00 et un depart a 10h00 ..... si il y en a un Cest celui la !

Le logement était super, bel emplacement, agréable à l'intérieur, avec piscine privé, et les restaurants du port juste en dessous. Le seul bémol : la chaleur... le petit ventilateur ne suffisait pas pour 2 personnes, et le seul moyen d'aérer était d'ouvrir la porte d’entrée, ce qui est impossible lorsqu'on dort. On a du partir plus tôt de 2 nuits car nous n'arrivions pas a nous sentir reposé... c'est très dommage car nous passions vraiment un bon moment... Le personnel était vraiment gentil et chaleureux ! Tout le reste du séjour était vraiment a la hauteur !

Dommage

Jolie vue sur le port de Port-Leucate. Appartement beaucoup trop petit pour 4 adultes. Trop chaud et impossible à refroidir avec un seul ventilateur peu efficace. Emplacement beaucoup trop bruyant, au 1er étage au dessus de plusieurs terrasses de restaurants. Pas possible d'avoir un peu de calme avant 00h30/1h00.

Bonne qualité globale, il manque principalement la climatisation dans le logement. Pratique la chambre séparée de la partie nuit enfant. Attention aux logements côté port pour le bruit si vous souhaitez aller coucher tôt

Tout d'abord les points positifs : Personnel accueillant. Hôtel a proximité du port et de la plage. Chambre convenable avec balcon et vue plus que sympathique. Points négatifs: Isolation phonique et thermique très mauvaise, la climatisation serait un gros plus surtout en période de canicule, climatisation qui justifierait un peu plus le tarif a la nuit actuellement demandé.... Pour le bruit sachant que tout le monde laissaient les fenêtres ouvertes,à chaque personne allant se coucher nous avions droit a des gros claquement de portes(courant d'air), ma famille et moi avons fais plusieurs sursaut dans la nuit. En conclusion hors saison ou en période non caniculaire OUI, pour le reste NON
