très bonne escale
Excellent accueil du personnel. Chambre confortable que le cachet du lieu rend peut être un peu "chargée".....
Très bonne cuisine. En résumé une escale fort sympathique et intéressante compte tenu notamment de l'historique de l'endroit.

J'ai apprécié l'accueil de la réceptionniste qui nous a placés, mon fils et moi dans une chambre à deux lits plutôt que dans une chambre à lit double. Malheureusement, la chambre n'avait pas été contrôlée et il manquait la coussins (déco) sur les lits ainsi que le matériel de douche (savon et linges). La chambre donnait sur la douane et était très bruyante. Une odeur d'écoulements (égoûts) était perceptible dans le hall de l'hôtel ainsi que sur la terrasse en plancher.

Acceptable for a limited time at best...
Hotel is in need of repairs. Building was locked when we arrived and staff seemed inconvineneced by having to greet us. VERY LATE CHECK IN TIME OF 5PM, BAD. Main building and dining area smells of sewer gas. Room was tidy and bed was comfortable but bathroom not terribly clean and with broken fixtures.

Hôtel très décevant
Tres déçues. Les chambres qui se trouvent dans le bâtiment de derrière sont très mal insonorisées et tres mal équipées (douche en très mauvais état, mauvaise réception de la TV, on ne capte pas le wifi, pas de sèche cheveux) pour 137€ (la nuit en période scolaire). Il y a un gros travail à faire sur le service !

Hôtel bien placé avec un restaurant sympa
Super séjour dans un lieu emblématique : situé à cheval sur la Suisse et la France. Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de neige.
Par contre dés l'entré dans la chambre, on a une bonne odeur de bois.
Restaurant sympa après une journée fatigante.
