Great location, close to the airport and close to the center of the city. very clean property, beautiful ceiling made of bricks, in the middle of the hotel. The only thing. We did not had, was hot water in our room. But staff was fast and efficient to help us out. Staff was great!! Housekeeping service was excellent. Thank you! Hope to see you soon.

I would have given them a better rating, if a few things would have been better. First they gave us rooms that were not ready. Seems like it was a miscommunication. Second they changed the rooms , however they had no elevator and my mother was in a wheelchair. No ramps. It was so hard to get her into the room. Not wheelchair friendly. So I would recommend just for people with no disability issues. Other than that, house person was nice and able to best accommodate us.

La habitación de buen tamaño y limpia. La atención del personal excelente, sobre todo en el desayuno. Únicamente hago observación de que el domingo casi al mediodia estaban lavando el area de comedor con karcher; me parece pudieron hacer esa actividad en otro día con menos afluencia, o bien, no durante el horario establecido para los desayunos de cortesía

El personal amable, a las habitaciones les falta mucho para ofrecerlo como VIP, además de que algunas habitaciones no tienen calefacción. El desayuno con el pago extra de 100 pesos de bufete caliente es extraordinario, todo muy rico, la atención y todo excelente en el desayuno.
