Staff was very capable. Especially loved the dining and bar staff. Watching the sunset at the rooftop bar, with a drink and friends, was great. Liked our room. Not quite sure why the shower had a stopper (it kept slipping over the drain) and our bathroom sink kept clogging. Those were our only complaints. Awesome views!

Clean but not advisable with kids

Went as part of a sports team for a tournament (kids were all 12). Would not recommend with children for more than a night, we all felt the kids were kinda unwelcome and were given a lot of no’s- no splashing in the pool, no playing on the roof turf area, not allowed in the gym, also No outside food allowed outside of the room which made being in a group tricky for wanting to hang out together- which we had specifically told the hotel at the time of booking and they were fine with hosting a big group with (appropriately) noisy kids. Positives: a la cart food was good (usually just took a veeeeery long time to come) and the hotel was very clean! Staff barely spoke English which made things complicated!

Love this hotel! The staff was amazing and really went above and beyond for my partner and I. Rooms were very clean and the housekeeping always did a good job. The food and drinks at the restaurant and sky bar were great. We had a phenomenal stay and would definitely come back.
