What a great experience! I had many changes to my travel plans and the 3 rooms I booked with Casa 20. Through all the changes and check in, the staff was kind and professional. The rooms were very clean and well kept. The hotel is charming on the inside. Thank you Casa 20 for accommodating all my travel changes without hesitation!

Bueno y creo que con reglas claras puede mejorar.

La estancia es agradable, nos tocó una noche que no hay reglas para la gente que toma y hace escándalo, gritaban , discutían en el patio del hotel..Muy molesto
