October 2019 visit

Decent hotel for the price. Room wifi hit and miss. Wifi in lobby is fine. 5 minute tryke ride to mall and bus station. 30 peso. Free hotel shuttle pickup and dropoff at airport.

A Businessman's Hotel

Had an unexpected pleasant experience in this hotel. The staff are accommodating but special mention goes to Angel who knows your name and anticipates your needs as you approach the desk. My only difficulty is in opening the room door

The hotel is not far from the airport. The staff was very nice. I had real issues with the stinky room and the loud air conditioner though. Tiny bathroom. Bad breakfast.

Good place to stay. Some views of Mayon volcano. Staff not the most helpful in the world. Visiting family and this location was kind of far, but that was expected.

(1) The breakfast was same every day, and was very predictable, little variety. (2) Reception staff was friendly, but never smiled. Stayed at this hotel for about 60 days. Wanted to stay longer, and had asked the front desk reception to help me continue my stay planning, but they never responded. So, I moved my family to another hotel for an additional 4-month reservation. From my point of view, the lack of interest of the front desk staff is affecting business continuity. (3) Internet service in the room was very very poor and very unreliable, when it did work. Had to go to the lobby several times with my computer to logon and get any connection. (4) Room service for meals was unreliable. The few times my family did request room service, most menu items were not available.

I would like to grade it 3.5 for cleanliness but the computer does not allow it. We enjoyed our stay. The staff were always helpful and always very pleasant and accommodating. The food at breakfast was very good and hygienically served. definitely we would use it again. In fact we extended our stay 3 additional nights.

Affordadle Hotel in Legazpi

I had to move to another room since there were ants on my bed and the shower did not work. I paid for Deluxe rooms. I have stayed at this hotel many many times as it is very affordable. I wish they could improve the lighting in the bathrooms and provide countertops/spaces. Wi-Fi is choppy and needs upgrade. Management could use higher standards of maintenance to be in line with International Codes.

Nice hotel and location secluded away from the the main town but near enough to be within easy access to it. Well maintained and very helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel when visiting Legaspi.

So Good in Some Ways

The hotel staff are very pleasing almost overly solicitous, and the room was spacious. They have two restaurants and a nice free breakfast. They have a shuttle that can be arranged through the office staff to take you places and we used it a lot. Our only complaints were: cold water and the duvet (only bed covering) always felt coated with something...soap? fabric softener? Not sure but that plus on the last night it was also damp...didn't discover until got into bed...and it made it hard to get comfortable. All the hotels in the Philippines have little place for toiletries in the bathrooms and here is not exception. For these reasons I could not recommend this hotel although in other ways it was one of the best places we have stayed in PI. There was also some water leakage onto the bathroom floor, but this was taken care of quickly

Good location, good food, but no WiFi connection

Location is near the airport. Food is good and well prepared. Only complaint is that the water is intermittent. And the password they are providing for their WIFI is not working, we reported it many times but still not working, and they didnt do anything to resolve the issue. Globe signal is very weak that we cannot even send a text message so we are relying on their WiFi connection. Otherwise everything else is good.
