Very nice hotel in great location. With nice view from balcony and private beach section. Ideal for a weekend trip. Brochure with services and offering in the hotel would be helpful, to not miss out on e.g. snacks at the pool
Beautiful place with plenty of potential and lots of areas for improvement. Staff needs to learn what hospitality means. Less about many words and more about taking care of customer while staying cool and relaxed. Relaxed in co tacy does not mean relaxed when it comes to customer comfort . If customer asks if sauna ( outside ) is ready - better to check it twice rather then have naked customer entering cold sauna. Don’t ask customer to make a reservation in the restaurant if it is practically empty. Change the cook - oyster mushrooms were really bad and fries not much better. Also your staff need to know all the details of the dishes ( and be able to distinguish eggs royale from eggs Benedict). Location is awesome but don’t let the construction work to disturb your customers until midnight.
