A lovely historic hotel in the heart of Lausanne. The hotel is in an attractive old building but the rooms are stylish, modern and very well equipped. Because of environmental regulations they do not have air conditioning but our room had a very effective fan which was more than sufficient. Excellent breakfast choices and very friendly reception and waiting staff. The location is very convenient if you are using public transport being near the Flon metro station and just one stop from the main train station. Thoroughly recommend.

Clean, conveniently located one metro stop from the train station or 10 min walk. It’s close to the Cathedral and other old town attractions, restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was great, but not included, we had to pay 20 CHS/pp. They charged 2 CHS for extra nespresso pods (only 2 provided for 2 night stay). The shower was clogged but fixed upon request. The portable AC came in handy during the heat wave. Overall loved this charming hotel and can recommend it.

Great central location. Top floor is where one checks in has a very neat cafe with plenty of seating and good atmosphere. Slight to me downsides of hotel were no mini-fridge or coffee machine and staff very busy on top floor so often need to wait to speak to someone. But service of staff was excellent

This hotel is middle of a shopping center which makes it hard to get in if you have a car. The parking is around half mile away. You have to unload or load your luggage then take your car to a $17 per day public parking. They also don't have A/C but a portable one which doesn't work much even in June because of the air circulation in the hotel. Otherwise, the hotel is clean and breakfast is good.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city. From the train station, it is a bit of a walk uphill. We had been traveling by train and decided to take a taxi to the hotel. Walking back to the train station was easy, as it was all downhill. Everything is very modern and renovated. I loved our modern bathroom and shower. The bed was very comfortable. A portable air conditioner was also provided. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was included and it was as good as other hotel breakfasts that cost extra. This hotel was a good value.
