The main balcony off the living room also includes comfortable, modern seating with a mounted TV for those who enjoy hosting or relaxing outside.

    In line with the luxurious Las Vegas theme, the Penthouse is fully equipped with the latest technology and appliances, ranging from Sonos speakers to high-definition TVs and an in-unit washer and dryer. In addition, guests have access to the Viera Complex amenities which includes two resort-style pools and a modern fitness center. This Penthouse also has the option for a parking pass in the connected parking structure (for a refundable fee).
