Fully remodeled condo with new travertine flooring, crown molding, custom paint, and new lighting fixtures. Montelago Village is just 25 mins from the action of the famous Las Vegas Strip, yet it offers serenity and beauty. An ideal venue for a family celebration, anniversary, wedding, or business retreat.This is a very exclusive resort with a 320 acre manmade Lake surrounded by beautiful mountains. The are with the lake and village is a perfect place for entertainment, relaxation and dining. Lake Las Vegas offers plenty of outdoor

entertainment including fishing, sailing, kayaking, boating and swimming at the 320 acre Lake. Almost unlimited recreational activities are nearby including skydiving, river rafting, helicopter tours of Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon, hummer tours, hiking, mountain biking, jet skis, water skiing, ATV's and sightseeing. The desert terrain home to nearby Lake Mead, Red Rock Canyon, and the Valley of Fire, all of which feature a variety of historical and geological phenomenon found nowhere else. Within the Lake Las Vegas community you can enjoy fine dining, entertainment in the Montelago Village on the lake.

Overall the stay was very good. Some of the things we found were that there were no dish cloths for the kitchen to wash dishes by hand. Some of the silverware was a little dirty and needed cleaning. The parking pass was great. We did not have to look for a parking place as one was available every day. The location of the unit was very convienient and beautiful. We had a great stay and would rent this property again. Anuk was a good host.

It was not great, not what I was hoping for. Check in was difficult, I had to ask for check in instructions, the parking was super confusing with the pass, no explanation. No toilet paper, they provided 1 used toilet paper, for 4 days with 4 people?? No washcloths to wash dishes, they did provide 2 used gross sponges, threw those out. The floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in a while. The shower was the worst part, it leaked, so the pressure was super low, and the shower handle would not stay on, it was very hard to turn. Everything just needs an update, cooking utensils are so old they have water stains on them. No check out instructions, no instructions for where the garbage was. Would not recommend.

Access was easy… it was very clean… we really enjoy the relaxing feel of the property, it was quiet and very enjoyable. We really enjoyed the pool.. the grocery store was great and we went there multiple times ate their deli sandwiches one day they were great. Walking around the village was a lot of fun we went to the pub all three nights we were there… we will definitely come back!

The property was great and accommodated my electric car in the parking garage. The market in the plaza was well stocked. The unit itself was spacious and comfortable, as was the bathroom. Next time I’m in the area I will check availability here first.

Our overall impression of the property was that we found it very dirty and old. There were cobwebs on the ceiling, dust that was so thick we could write in it. The stopper in the kitchen sink was so filthy that we had to take it out of the sink and not use it as there was hair and other gross things in the stopper. The shower had black gunk that clearly had not been throughly cleaned. The shower hanger for your soap and shampoo was so gross and caked with old soap from other people we didn't even want to put our soap or shampoo there.The shower floor towel was torn and old looking and we were left for seven days with 2 one half rolls each of toilet paper. The oven appeared to not be cleaned in a very long time. Missing lightbulb in the master bedroom so we had one light to use. The vent in the bathroom had so much dust on it there is no way a housekeeper wouldn't see it. Lastly, the door to where the air unit was was also covered in dust. This place needs a major deep cleaning and for us to have to pay a cleaning deposit was a complete joke. We would not stay here again as my allergies could not take it.

Anniversary Trip

The condo was clean and the resort was very quiet. We enjoyed the pool area... not many kids, which was nice for us since we left ours at home with family. The condo had a few minor things we noticed that could help improve future stays, but nothing major. (Odd number of full size plates-- only 3, it really needed a binder with check-in/out info and other info about the village restaurants/shops/activities, and some kind of small dresser would've been helpful in avoiding living out of suitcases on vacation.)The host was very responsive through the vrbo app and by text-- we needed the garbage disposal fixed/replaced and he was able to get it taken care of quickly. Overall a decent place to stay for a few days before we headed to our main destination.

Very nice!

We loved our stay here! It’s in a very secure property from parking to the home. It’s safe! It was very beautiful.. loved sitting on the back patio watching the rabbits and lizards. Everything was very clean and comfortable. When we come back to the Las Vegas area we would DEFINITELY stay here again. I would recommend this to family and friends as well! Communication with the property owner was very easy as well. Thank you for making our stay such an enjoyable time!

Wonderful place and property grounds

Nice, clean condo in a beautiful community. Cute surrounding shops, reataurants, and grocery store. Host was responsive and available for any questions or concerns.

Quiet and Tranquil

This quiet compact unit was perfect for the two of us for a few days. Plenty of birds at the balcony - we enjoyed watching a teeny-tiny bird settle in its nest every morning, and hummingbirds taking in the roses. The walking trails are available outside the property, and we have a lovely dinner at Speakeasy, one of the restaurants in the village. There is a village grocery store very near this unit. The kitchen was well equipped for meal prep. If I were staying longer, I might find the lack of a closet a bit inconvenient. But Anuk has provided small bedside drawers for storage. Anuk was also prompt and responsive to queries upon our arrival.

The property was clean and comfortable. It is in a great location- quiet and beautiful. It was easy to access and we had no problems with parking. Overall a great place to stay and would highly recommend.
