The front desk is using a new system my room was supposed to be 41 dollars. I paid 17 to expedia, and the resort fee was supposed to be paid at the front desk of 23 dollars. The front desk charged me 53 dollars

Its Not clean dirty, lobby filthy front desk rude, floors cracked and the phone rang for almost an hour i just hung up. So sad the property has great potential but should be shut down and fixed and due a re grand opening.

The room price is very low; please don't expect any fancy frills. The elevators don't work; there is just one if you are put on the top floors. Bathrooms are very outdated, You get what you pay for.

They have one working elevator for over 600 rooms. Fifteen minute wait is common. Leave the lights on as we found a 3” Cockroach in our bathroom upon arrival. 4” blood stain on worn out carpeting. Dripping faucet. If you’re tight on cash for the night the Motel 6 next door isn’t much better but at least it has hardwood floors and no elevator issues.. Stay Away..

The hotel was nasty. The hotel was falling apart. The staff was very rude. The ice machines did not work. The casino smelled like smoke. The steak and shake room service did not work. The pool is only open a couple of hours of the day and the water is dirty. There was a roach in our room. The hotel is not named collection o it's named the oyo hotel but because of all the nasty reviews regarding the oyo which used to be hooters hotel they have been trying to trick users into booking with them . None of the elevators worked and it took 30 mins to get around in the hotel to get from floor to floor. Will never stay again. Needs to be torn down. I am a Vegas local and will be moving states of countries because of how disgusting Vegas treats it's residences.
