Close to the beach, beautiful vegetation and quiet location. Unfortunately I was not able to sleep. The air conditioning was set so cold and there were no blankets. Additionally there was no access to internet.

Great location but apt needed some updating

Apartment location is great and we loved the restaurant across the street. But the apt was dated with a musty smell. The balcony is big and a great place to spend your time. Inside, the lighting was terrible and the linens and towels needed a refresh. Don’t expect cleaning or extra tp or any basics like dish soap… it was a basic Airbnb experience.

The three bedroom patio suite was stunning to walk into. On the whole it was a good stay. Just a few things that needed to be corrected for future guests. The dishwasher did not work and had stagnant smelly water in it and the smell tended to permeate the suite. The air conditioners only worked in two of the bedrooms, and the stove did not work. It was such a nice place we worked around it all. It was perfectly located, about a 5 min walk to The Mosquito restaurant.

this was a last-minute decision, the property was very nice, my family was very happy with the room. the private patio and pool/jacuzzi were excellent. Liliana was great bringing us the breakfast that we had ordered during our stay. kirssy was very polite great at check in and check out very informative about the area. responded quickly to my questions. and always followed up. and was extremely helpful. looking forward to our next stay.

The hot tub has no heater. The room had a sharp humid smell. Staff promised to fix the heater, then the repair team came and said they knew it was not fixable. Total scam. Breakfast was terribly served in disposables, arrived late and cold. Not the kind of service we are used to.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. During our stay, we encountered multiple spiders in the room, including on the bed, which immediately raised serious hygiene and safety concerns, especially since we were traveling with a small child. In addition, there was a power outage, and the bathroom door locked with my child inside, creating a very stressful and potentially dangerous situation. The room also had visible structural issues, including a hole in the bathroom ceiling. Communication and response from the property were extremely poor, and these issues were not resolved in a timely or satisfactory manner. Given the safety risks, lack of proper maintenance, and overall conditions, we did not feel comfortable staying and had to make alternative arrangements. I would not recommend this property, particularly for families or anyone expecting basic safety, cleanliness, and reliability.
