This is an immaculately clean & safe new property and the staff are friendly, courteous and professional - many speak English as well which was VERY helpful upon arrival. Pool is large and kept pristine. It is located in the heart of LT, easy walking distance to multiple beaches, restos/bakeries (Dos Gringos is a must visit and is directly across the street), and other services. Room was fully equipped and everything worked. Albeit in a busy tourist area, it is quiet and relaxing on the patio/terrace. It would be our 1st choice again if staying in the tourist area of LT.

Modern place compared to area. Bed was comfortable but pillows could be bigger. Blanket was cotton pattern woven made me itchy. Bring ur own soap, they provide tiny soap tablets that desolve after one use. Shampoo and conditioner are small tubes. Tv volume does not lower to quiet levels in case u want to fall asleep to light jazz. Elevated Jacuzzi should definitely have grit tape on steps. Getting into it felt dangerous. Had to pay $20 US xtra per day. And it had some grime inside despite being cleaned. Motorcycles buzzing below all day seemed to quiet down in the late evening. Guard questioned me once upon entry (im not gringo lookin). Speaking of, Get Gringos joint across the street excellent for tacos beers. Great staff. Overall, nice place would be great if they reduced vehicular traffic outside or ban motos. Only EV bikes would quiet things down a bit.

Las habitaciones son espectaculares con rooftop, jacuzzi y buena vista a la piscina. Esta a 2 minutos caminando de la playa. Todo cerca bares y reataurantes.
