"The hotel was great. The restaurants below the hotel gave us food poisoning so I would not recommend that and there are roosters next door that wake you up very early in the morning."

Lamentablemente decidieron asignarme una habitación con varios desperfectos importantes. el jacuzzi no funcionaba, avisé a la recepción y quedaron de irlo a checar inmediatamente ese día y no lo hicieron. Al otro día tuve una desagradable experiencia al entrar al cuarto de baño, me cayó un chorro de agua del techo por una filtración y no fue algo agradable."

"Balcones del Caribe is a beautiful spot with an excellent location and easy access to the beach. The complex feels very safe, and the staff were always helpful when we needed general information. My only concerns were about the condition of the village: the back door didn’t have a proper lock, the bathroom door wasn’t closing well, and the safe box wasn’t working during our stay. Overall, it’s a lovely place with great potential—just needs a bit more attention to maintenance."
