Noisy, but convenient beachfront hotel

It was a nice room with a convenient location, however because it's right at the beach, you hear the sounds of the public around the clock. The hotel is also located above a bar that was blasting bass-heavy, loud music until 2am the night I stayed. The staff is pleasant and nice, just be aware if you're sensitive to sound. The location is steps away from the sand and ocean, steps away from plenty of restaurants.

Ett mycket slitet hotel precis som övriga hotel i Las Palmas, men med mycket bra läge. Om man söker ett enkelt och billigt boende så är detta ett bra alternativ

L'appartement etait propre et tres bien aménagé. Pas de vue sur la mer mais tres lumineux et calme. Le personnel est tres agreable et accueillant. L'emplacement est ideal ! On a adoré notre séjour

Edullinen merinäköala

Saapuessamme myöhäisellä lennolla saimme ohjeet tekstiviestillä huoneen avaimen noutamista varten, koska vastaanotto oli jo kiinni. Ohjeet olivat hieman väärin viestissä, mutta nopealla puhelulla tilanne ratkesi. Saimme kuitenkin parisängyllisen huoneen, vaikka olimme tilanneet twin vedellä. Seuraavana päivänä saatiin tämäkin selvitettyä. Huone oli toisessa kerroksessa, eikä siellä ollut ilmanvaihtoa. Yöllä piti siis pitää parvekkeen ovi raollaan, ja ulkoa kantautui silloin baarien ja mm. katua siivoavien autojen ääni. Huoneet siivottiin joka toinen päivä ja joka päivä vietiin roskat. Kohtuullisen siistissä huoneessa erilaiset sähköasennukset (töpselin irrallaan seinässä) ja kellertävä kylpyhuone loivat hieman nuhjuisen tunnelman. Sänkyjen patjat olivat ihan hyvät ja tietysti näkymät huoneesta merelle todella hienot. Henkilökunta oli hyvin ystävällinen.

lite renhold men hyggelig rom

Det ble opplyst i bestilling at det var daglig renhold, men ble ikke utført mer enn annen hver dag! Ellers var det greit overnattingssted til en ok pris og sentralt til mye, hyggelig med gode restauranter og stranden like ved.

Locatie is top maar s avonds wel geluid/ lawaai van de boulevard. Vooral als er live muziek is in ondergelegen kroeg, Personeel erg vriendelijk.Badkamer is aan renovatie toe

Aspects of the property were dirty. If you stay here do not accept one of the lower floors as it will be impossible to sleep owing to the noise levels. If you are a non smoker you will not be able to sit on the balcony due to cigarette smoke drifting up. There were no plugs for the sinks and bath apparently to save water. How are you supposed to have a bath? There were no cereal bowls or wind glasses. Some cupboards and shelves were falling of the wall. There was a hole in the ceiling above the bath. The mind boggles. Dangerous electrical fittings coming off the wall. We both suffered from stomach problems resulting in vomiting and diarrhoea. We have been told this would have been either the water or the units on the sun terrace.

Flott beliggenhet direkte til Canteras stranden. Takterrasse med solstoler og fantastisk utsikt! Et enkelt hotell, men plasseringen kan ikke bli bedre. Bestill med sjøutsikt!

hôtel bien située. Café adjacent. Bon resto du soir à côté de l’hôtel. Parking public fermé sécurisé avec agent 24h/24h. Très belle vue. Vaut la peine d’avoir chambre avec vue sur l’océan. Merveilleux d’entendre les vagues. Lits très confortables.

Schöne Lage, etwas abgewohnt

Perfekte Lage direkt an Las Canteras Beach. Dachterrsse für alle Bewohner mit tollem Blick über den Strand. Die Zimmer hinten raus sind recht dunkel und in etwas abgewohntem Zustand. Die Zimmer nach vorne raus sahen etwas besser aus und haben einen Balkon mit tollem Meerblick

The location was excellent with a spectacular view from our sea view balcony. There were plenty of places to eat, drink and shop nearby and the beach was just out the door. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for better.

Helt glimmrende, godt mottatt, hyggelig personell og gode senger og på stranden... Litt langt til parkeringen, men det var vert det..(6 euro for 24 timer)
