Un séjour pleine nature

Sejour impeccable rien à dire, nous ne pouvons que recommander les yeux fermées. Cuisine gourmande très gouteuse, personnels souriants et avenants, petit déjeuner excellent, chambre très confortables. Site et hôtel pour toutes les personnes qui aiment la nature et l'authenticité.

Good room, great food

Room #10 was clean and good for one night. A bit small for longer stay. Adding a bottle of water could be a plus. Restaurant was amazing with unforgetable food. Great chef!!

Mauvais séjour !Une HONTE !!

Acceuil nul, pas de place de parking devant l’hôtel, une chambre minuscule où il était difficile de bouger (chambre 12). Aucune vue, collée aux escaliers. Le site annonce des chambres spacieuses avec vue, là ce n’est pas le cas. De plus nous avons demander à changer de chambre impossible, aucun geste commercial des propriétaires, le prix était le même et non justifié. Il fallait que nous cherchions nous meme un autre hôtel, alors nous étions là pour une randonnée. Le propriétaire nous a pris de haut, et nous avons pas eu d’autres choix par manque de temps de rester. Il y avait pas de gestes barrières COVID pour le buffet du petit déjeuner, les pinces pour se servir étaient les mêmes pour tout le monde !! La literie était mauvaise (grincements), et le lit était très bas. Pour ce qui est de l’éclairage, une lampe chevet était défectueuse, oblige d’enlever l’ampoule pour l’éteindre ( la patronne le savait et devait la faire réparer) !! INACCEPTABLE à ce prix !

Lieu dépaysant, calme et très agréable

Le personnel est très accueillant, sympathique et à l'écoute. L'hôtel est très agréable, les chambres sont confortables et propres avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Et niveau restaurant, c'est excellent, des produits frais, du terroir cuisinés et sublimés.

Buen hotel servicio mediocre

Es un buen hotel en cuanto al estado de sus habitaciones, moderno pero con toques clásicos. Las dos pegas principales son: - Aunque indican que hablan castellano e inglés, únicamente puedes comunicarte en francés (ni siquiera pude emplear euskera,supuesta lengua local). - Aunque tiene restaurante, este solo ofrece menús cerrados. La calidad es buena pero lo oferta muy muy escasa. Se agradecería tener al menos una carta con elección de platos, para los que queremos como comer poco. tened en cuenta que el restaurante más próximo está a unos 40 km. - El trato personal tampoco fue de lo que se debería esperar para un local de esta categoría. en ciertos momentos llegaron a ser desagradables.

Arrivee fin après midi visite du village de Larrau apéro en terrasse suivi d'un excellent dîner .1 bonne nuit et 1 bon petit déjeuner . Accueil chaleureux du patron le matin au petit déjeuner

Quiet village hotel

This place has spectacular valley views from their dining room. Great place to stay. There is an on site restaurant which offers great local food. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. This was a great find in the middle of the Pyrenees.

Hotel muy recomendable para desconectar. Servicio muy agradable y muy buena comida para ser un lugar tan pequeño. Lo único negativo cuidado que las bebidas, que no están incluidas en los menús, y ahí es donde te clavan un poco.Mas de 6 euros por un vino blanco y mas de 4 euros por un tinto que ademas no son muy haya.Controlarse con esto, que la cuenta sube sin darte cuenta porque te cobran al final. Por lo demás muy bien. Sitio para ir y visitar.
