Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Not the best place in the world

Extremely difficult and confusing to check in and out. Lots of different codes for doors, and very confusing regarding key safe. Little to no mention about the actual details regarding sharing a flat, other guests were extremely noisy, particularly very early in the morning Property, not in the best of conditions, with bathroom doors, not locking, which is extremely disconcerting for a shared flat. The facilities were not good, poor lighting, the whole place needed a lot of renovation work. I cannot stress enough about the index accessibility of the property, so if you are disabled then don’t bother because there is no lift I did speak to the property manager, who was as helpful as he could be, however, took no responsibility over the details of the advertisement. I won’t be booking here again
