My stay

Did not receive check in instructions, door code, WiFi code. Property owner arrived at property to let me in after an hour. House and bed was nice. I think the listing need to be updated to reflect that different rooms of the house are being rented by different parties. A party arrived after me and began accusing me of using the house they believed they rented the entire thing. Also there is no laundry machines available. They are present, but in a locked area of the house. Overall, I needed a place to sleep for the night and the bed was a comfortable place to do that.

Didn’t stay here. Booked it under Vrbo and she wouldn’t accept it under them and wanted me to cancel and put it under Expedia. I conversed with Vrbo and they didn’t understand why she wanted to switch when they are branch off from Expedia but same company. She basically told me that it would be fine and we would figure it out but the day OF going to the house she flat out refused to accept Vrbo and said she was cancelling the reservation under Vrbo and for me to look under Expedia for it and to book it there IF it was still available. Of course it said it wasn’t, so we had to rebook a room elsewhere and we just lost our money for HER place. Will never book under a personal home again. First and last experience using that type of booking. She had very poor business etiquette. Not happy with this booking at all since I also lost my money on a place I never used.

Charming home

The home is lovely and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and the owner was very accommodating. The location was convenient for us visiting family nearby. I would recommend this as a place to stay.
