"Stayed here on 2/12/26 in KING SOA SUITE with spa tub for 2 in room, VERY CLEAN Rooms, and the in-room jacuzzi was GREAT. Gave 3 Star Rating because, shower drain got clogged out the blue so water would not drain out tub, and HOTEL DID NOTHING ABOUT, NO FIX NO DISCOUNT OF ANY."

"We went to enjoy the pool and not the gambling. The front desk manager was not very friendly and acted annoyed we had kids with us. After touring the place we understood why. There is only 1 restaurant that allows kids and the pool is adult only after 7. All of this would be fine if they advertise this on there website or on Expedia description but they don't so don't go thinking it is a family friendly resort with gambling. It is a casino that tolerates kids to a very limited extent. Rooms are big but the beds are hit and miss. We had one good one and one with a big hump and a loud squeak every time you moved. Ok for adults, not a great option if you have kids. "

"New hotel. Great check-in; we received a room upgrade which I never get, so felt like we won the lottery. Drinks and dinner in the lobby bar were good. Free shuttle to/from DIA, every 30 minutes. Convenient to light rail station which we ended up using since we were running late for our flight and the trains run every 15min."

"Room was clean. Was surprised by the $65/night charge to park as most places include that with your purchase being as much as I paid for the room. Additionally, I went to go enjoy the pool which they advertised openly in their photos. Upon my arrival I found the pool under construction. Upon further review of the tiny print, they mention it’s closed but it should be advertised to be under construction better and not hidden. Additionally, I went to cut my trip short due to all this and then they informed me I couldnt get a refund on the nights I wasn’t going to stay. And they had a high deposit of $250 as well. I won’t stay here again and don’t recommend it as they’ve done nothing to compensate this experience except take my money and turn away. "

"Overall, the stay was pretty good. The location really fit my needs. The hotel was quiet and the property was well taken care of. I would have given it a higher rating except that my rooms bathroom had small ants crawling on the floor. This went on for all 3 nights of my stay. They appeared to be coming from a small hole next to the shower. The rest of the hotel amenities were pretty decent. The morning breakfast is what has become expected when staying at a hotel. Adequate food choices, clean eating area and the service was really good. "
