I have stayed at the Interlaken quite a few times, and I have stayed in a few different buildings. Generally, I like stying here. However, this was the second time I stayed in the Woodside building. The room was fine. However, there is no way that I could find to turn off the exterior lighting both in front of and behind my room. It was basically mid-day light in my room all night long. I really wish there were either better/ more "blackout" window treatments or a way to turn the lights off. One front light seemed to be on a sensor, so it would turn off, but then it just would get tripped and turn on again.

The service was amazing.. I was sitting in the lobby and a worker walked by and asked if I wanted coffee or tea. We were there for a wedding and everything was wonderful. The only negative comment would be some rooms could use an upgrade.
