Resort Style Apartment (Ground Floor) - Pool & More. Pets Welcome.

The apartment opens directly onto a large swimming pool ( exclusive to apartment guests ) with ocean and rural views. Located only 2 Klms from the town centre and beach with panoramic views of Bass Straight. It is positioned directly underneath a large three bedroom house (owners residence with spare rooms that can also be separately booked) with extensive garden and lawn area for kids to play.

The pool is for the exclusive use of apartment guests. No other guests will be in the property when guests occupy the apartment.

The property has abundant parking. The area is very tranquil and is a haven for native birds of many different types from nearby bushland

The apartment kitchen is fitted with an electric cooktop and a portable electric oven. It is equipped with everything a family would need plus many extras. A BBQ with side burner is also available

Just lovely, so comfortable and perfect location. While you needed to drive into the main shopping / beach area, didnt matter as it was like a resort stay with the Bbq and Pool (warm water, clean) and quiet. Highly recommend.

What an amazing appartment, Trevor & Edilma we're great hosts. The appartment was impeccably clean & had everything you need for a relaxing getaway. I specifically booked this accommodation for my husband & elderly dog. Unfortunately my dog didn't make it but there was a secured yard for him & plenty of grass to jave a play (note grass area is open to road). My husband who has PTSD was able to relax here due to the quietness of the property. We didnt explore the area, this was just a relaxing & quiet weekend away for us.

Great attached accommodation which was comfortable for the three of us and our two dogs. The hosts were extremely friendly and even gave us some localy caught whiting when we arrived. Great place to visit with plenty to do in the area.
