"Check in at 3, we got there after 5 and room was not ready. Finally got a room 40 min later. Room was clean, strong lemon scent which died down later that evening. We were on the 6 floor. The next morning could not shower there was no water on the 6 floor. Staff apologized repeatedly but no compensation for no water or late on check in."

"The hotel room needed to be swept as there was long hair and dirt on the floor. The shower head was loose, they used a drywall screw to block the window from opening and to hold the soap holder up in the shower. "
