"Clean room, garage parking, good location, 12 min walk to Beale/arena. No problems at all. Your room has EVERYTHING you need. Definitely is my go to when I stay in Memphis again and it’s safe and quiet around there as well. Too quiet(in a good way)"

"We loved our room and the hotel. My only complaint would be is that on Sunday (which was the night we stayed), everything closed down at 6:30, so we were not able to be enjoying the bowling, shopping restaurants etc. We were travelling with a 9-year-old and had planned on spending the evening doing this at the hotel/Bass Pro"

"The Peabody is always a great little escape in my neighborhood. The atmosphere is top-notch and the property is clean. Highly recommend the spa! "

"Staff was super nice. It was great to be able to get a coffee in the morning downstairs and get a drink in the evening. Our room was very comfortable and the hotel was not too loud. The hotel was decorated well throughout. We had a corner room and it was large. We didn't have a car until the last night and valet was easy. We would recommend. It's within walking distance of many must see attractions."

"It was so run down. We were concerned the elevators would not even work. They look like construction elevators. Walking through the halls nothing looked kept up or clean when we got to the room. It looked OK upon first inspection, but upon further review, everything was filthy the floors, the walls, the bedding everything was disgusting. We had just traveled 10 hours late at night with three children so we sucked it up and stayed, but my children couldn’t wait to get out of there the next day. On top of that there was a convention going on with one of the meeting rooms on our floor, which was fine but quiet time is supposed to start at 10 PM and at midnight it was still very loud. Overall, just a really crappy experience and not worth the money."

"I think it’s very important that you let the Public know when they stay with you that if they want a bottle of water that is 12 ounces in their room that water will cost over $11.00. It’s one thing to charge for beverage. It’s another thing to gouge your members and hotel guests. Turn down service used to be normal for a hotel of this class. I was sorry to see that go away."
