"Wonderful stay for 3 days! Amazing staff. Loved the many options for breakfast. Bed and work area were great. The closest hotel to Bern’s main train station was a very important part of my stay. Only 5 minutes or less to walk to the down escalator!"

"My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Savoy hotel for a week and enjoyed every moment of our visit. What made our stay especially memorable was the outstanding staff—everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. "This hotel is not open! We arrived at the hotel in the evening, in the dark to find that it is closed for the foreseeable future. Hotels.com allowed us to book this and we had to get them to source alternative accommodation. Not happy or impressed. Book somewhere else "

"The building is amazing and has lots of parking places. the rooms and fitness facilities are a little bit outdated. But what I didn’t enjoy was the dinner experience, it took the waitress 30 minutes just to give me a menu and it seemed like she was paying more attention to French speaking customers and none to non French speakers. For the price I expected a better service"
