"Front desk clerk and shuttle driver not very friendly"

"My mistake was trying to walk from the train station- if arriving that way, ask them where to meet the shuttle (every 20 minutes). The room and restaurant were excellent. Restaurant was expensive."

"The staff was amazing from check-in to check-out. They were consistently warm and welcoming. They answered questions and offered informed advice. The room was small but laid out beautifully, giving a sense of spaciousness and comfort. The location was wonderful. It was across the street from the train station. It is a five minute walk to the art museum. It is a two minute walk to the funicular which takes you up to the cathedral and restaurants and shops of downtown. A bonus for vegetarians and salad lovers: there’s a historic cafe in the train station with great food and coffee. And the setting is lovely. "

"Everything was great. Not necessary to wear a mask in the airport shuttle or at reception as indicated in the email to me twice before check in date. Also did not need to preschedule my breakfast time as email stated. Staff was surprised when I told her what I was told. Aside from these miscommunications, everything great. Good breakfast choices."

"Restaurant and room had spectacular views. Free transport in vicinity of the hotel was provided. Convenient to airport and all amenities! Very clean."

"It would be nice to have a bigger fridge. There was no coffee maker and not enough garbage cans. (They were tiny). The steam room was not working and the pool gone. (Under renovation). The restaurant had limited selection and no late night options. The room was good but we were next to elevator. The hair dryer plug doesn’t fit in socket and the sink didn’t drain."
