Hotel One Down Town review 23rd Jan 2021

I booked three nights stay at Hotel One Down Town. When i arrived on the 23rd Jan, i was showed two rooms. One room was completely submerged with cigarette smoke (Room 302), the second room (309) which was shown to us had mud dust all over the front room. I informed the receptionist straight away. The hotel refused to give refund saying hotels.com would do that. They also refused to transfer the booking to another facility of theirs. Hotels.com contacted the hotel again, but hotel refused to do refund. The customer service, the room conditions and communication from the hotel was terrible. Hotels.com in the end compensated with a USD 50 coupen (for which I am grateful). Would not recommend this hotel.

good hotel for shopping

The location is perfect if you like to do some shopping as it is near Urdu Bazar and Anakali Bazar. Room condition might not be the best but it has everything you need. The only thing I’d complain is that on hotels.com it says free airport transfer. But in reality they charge you for that.

Otel pırıl pırıl tertemiz.. Herşey olması gerektiği gibi.. Staff çok yardımseverdi.. Etrafta yeterli sayıda restoran veda kafede var.. Bir dahaki islamabad yolculuğunda yine tercih ederim..

Large comfortable rooms

Incredibly surprised by the large rooms. Its literally something you could live in. Its on a quite street in a random location but very central to all sites if your a tourist. They have great security and parking for vehicles as well

OK for 1 night

This is a good hotel to stay at if you need to be located close to the old walled city, and Lahore Fort, for tourists there is not much else in this area. Beds are comfortable and clean. Staff are very nice. Breakfast was good but they could offer some fresh fruit. Bathrooms could be cleaner. Disposable slippers would be an asset. Limited plugs in the room so if you need to charge your telephone then you need to unplug a lamp.....

Fix your brown smelly water

Terrible. Had seven days reservation. Checked out the after the first night. That alsomthat I could not find another place to stay at 10 pm. Will not recommend it at all until the health hazard of the dirty water is fixed.

nice hotel close to city center

thats my second visit to that hotel first was not good and i told them about that so they give me nice and clean room with new AC and other things so my second experience was very good they give you flexibility for check and check out.
