"Convenient to Disney. We were in building 1, and we could see they made bid efforts for noise reduction, however it is still not enough. If you stay avoid building 1. Pool and splash pad were fun. Bracelet policy for them is a little over the top, not that much fun that outsiders are going to sneak in."

"We have been staying at Kings Inn for over 10 years. This trip we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Dust under desks, floors looked as though they hadn’t been actually mopped in awhile, mirrors looked like it was wiped with a dirty cloth left swirl marks, toilet seat felt gritty like it had been sprayed with probably with deodorizer, my CPAP machine had large drops of something that was dripped on it. Furniture dresser looked pretty weathered, beds were lumpy pillows were well worn. Called front desk to let them know there was way too much noise coming from the room above me at 231. Clerk at front desk said “Oh is staff cleaning the rooms”. I mentioned it’s been going on for 2 hours and I could hear a chair being dragged to back and forth across the room, sounded as if the beds were being moved. Clerk said she would let them know to be a little more quiet, but it continued for another hour. So after over 10 years we won’t be returning. We have been loyal customers."

"place was disgusting. the ratings must be because so many places in california are hotels that people are living in longterm, this spot is no different but for that reason the upkeep is poor for people who only need a hotel stay rather than a home. the place is rundown and you can tell they just painted over it painted over hills dirt and cobwebs in the corners the tub and toilet and sink is rusted. staff is nice. tissue even though i opened it fresh was stained. just a place that i would never stay again. walls motel level thin."

"I rate my stay at Viv okay stayed for 5 days its a ok hotel smells fresh and staff is nice however rooms are a bit on the dirty side we payed more than what we had been told beware of intense tax fees over all a good hotel but wouldn’t stay again"
