Breakfast ends at 10 am but the food choices are very limited or totally unavailable to residents by 9am. This can be easily corrected. Overall, this was a very good hotel at 8/10

The room was clean but the sink in the bathroom was broken. They say free breakfast but it’s really only for one guest staying in the room. This is not mentioned when you book. This Ivy was not the one I tried to book. When selecting my hotel I selected based on a previously booked Ivy but somehow they switch to this one. I hated it. There was no gym and no swimming pool. They would not give me ice unless I purchased something from the bar. The location is down a road that is extremely bumpy. Every time we left the hotel, they kept trying to make us leave our room key at the front desk. This is not a hotel I would recommend for a long stay especially if you want to enjoy your surroundings. It is down the street from the Mall but that is the only good part about this area. We even heard gun shots two nights in a row.
