Fabulous accommodation; very close to Lacanau Lake with plenty of water sports activities available. Only short drive from Lacanau Océan Resort. We loved our stay here. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was lovely for cooling off and the bakery pre-order service was a nice touch. Moat of all, the warm welcome and friendly staff made our visit. We hope to return in the future and highly recommend Les Vacancioles.

La résidence aurait besoin d'un bon coup de rafraîchissement, Manque d'entretien le parking pas éclairé le soir on doit descendre un grand escalier en fer sans éclairage heureusement qu'on avait le portable. Il faudrait aussi voir au niveau du jardins idem a l'abandon.

Tapge nocturen du camping adjascent

Musique a fond sur le camping adjascent jusqu a 4h30 du matin. Les murs tremblaient.... Pas trop le w end famille revé!!! Ronse de la reception : On ne peut rien faire car c est en dehors de nos limites de propriete! Je leur ai conseille de parler avec le proprio voisin pour trouver un accord raisonnable afin de ne pas louper leur saison 2023

An sich ist die Lage sehr schön und die Anlage auch. Die Ferienwohnung ist renovierungsbedürftig. Lampe Kaputt und Balkone an manchen Stellen eingebrochen. Wände waren schmutzig. Zweiter Schlafplatz war das Sofa, was sehr unbequem war. Gut war täglich frische Handtücher, was uns aber nicht gesagt worden ist und wir am letzten Tag, mit Zufall erfahren haben. Bettwäsche und Bettbezüge waren auch vor Ort. Lag ist direkt am großen See. Stadt ist ca. 7 km entfernt genau so wie das Meer.

Point positif : résidence très bien située, à 100m des plages du lac, au calme Points négatifs : Résidence vieillissante et mal entretenue. L'aspect extérieur ne donne pas envie d'y résider, toiles d'arraignée partout. L'appartement pour 8 personnes que nous avons loué est très décevant : des toiles d'araignée partout, les murs sont tachés, la banquette lits du séjour est défoncée (on l'a signalé mais les gérants qui apparemment étaient déjà au courant, ne pouvaient rien y faire), toute la literie est à changer, le sol était poussiéreux et sale à notre arrivée, une grande terrasse mais limite dangereuse car le plancher est abîmé avec des lattes cassés par endroits. D'autres résidents avaient déjà signalé tous ces problèmes, mais apparemment rien n'a changé. Dommage, car nous n'y retournerons sans doute plus et le déconseillons fortement, tant que cette résidence est toujours dans cet état.

Une residence en face du Lac et proche de nombreux restaurants. De belle terrasses extérieures pour manger, un aménagement intérieur réussi, un parking pour la voiture. L’intendance est très serviable et le cadre plus qu’agréable.
