The staff at the hotel and their hospitality was excellent. Location was central to the city and the breakfast (continental) were very well appointed. We enjoyed our staff and meeting the local people of La Romana

Aucun respect de la réservation. Nous (4) avons réservé notre chambre en sept 2023 pour une nuitée le 28 janv 2024 et l'hotel a donné notre chambre a d'autre client. Quand nous sommes arrivés nous étions les 6ième clients a vivre cette situation et 3 autres clients étaient en attente après nous. La réceptionniste Élisabeth nous a trouvée un autre hotel qu'elle disait tout a fait correct et a communiqué avec eux pour nous avoir une chambre. SURPRISE c'était un trou mais un vrai. Pas de douche, une toilette douteuse des lits pliants et pour finir de couronner le tout une croquelle que nous avons vite tuée. Nous avons dormis tous habillés et valises fermées pour ne pas rammener de petits voyageurs non désirés.

Opción para corta estadía

Buena localización para una noche si vas a tomar un crucero al otro día. El área puede ser un tanto insegura, por lo que recomendamos precaución. Se escuchan muchísimos ruidos por la noche, especialmente las motoras, por lo que es algo a considerar si tienes el sueño liviano. Literalmente, se está en el medio del vecindario. El trato de los empleados fue excelente. El chico de recepción siempre nos esperaba en la entrada cuando llegábamos de noche para hacernos sentir más seguros y las empleadas de limpieza y del desayuno muy amables. El desayuno fue excelente. Mucho mejor que en otros hoteles de más standing. Realmente el desayno fue la estrella de la estadía. Un café riquísimo, un bowl de frutas, un vaso de jugo, un poquito de huevos revueltos, usualmente pancake y una harina caliente muy rica, y otras tostadas con queso y tocineta además del pancake. Realmente fue excelente.

Wir haben ein Zimmer gebucht über Expedia. Nachts aus Santo Domingo angekommen. Hotel dunkel,nach Rückfrage des Taxifahres hatte man dort kein Zimmer für uns. Der Betrag wurde bereits im Vorfeld abgebucht. Laut Expedia ein normaler Vorgang obwohl in der Beschreibung steht Bezahlung vor Ort. Wir wurden dann nachts vom Taxifahrer in ein andere Unterkunft gebracht. Das war das schlimmste was ich je erlebt habe. Wir haben nachts Expedia angerufen. Die Hilfe war nicht vorhanden. Nun sind weitere 7 USD vom Hostal abgebucht worden. Wir haben jetzt bereits über 40 Euro bezahlt obwohl wir nie hier waren. Finger weg von diesem Hostal und Expedia

Le séjour (1 nuit) était bien. Situation en plein centre de la ville. La chambre correspondait aux photos. Bruyant à cause des rues alentours mais literie confortable et chambre climatisée. Le petit-déjeûner est très bon et complet. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Man bekommt das Gefühl, dass die Gegend nicht sicher ist - selbst die Polizei hat uns gewarnt hierher zu gehen. Sehr laut- Straßenlärm hört man ungefiltert. Ab 6 Uhr ist die Nacht vorbei

Hotel chaleureux

Les dames qui tiennent l'établissement ainsi que le personnel sont accueillantes , à l'écoute et chaleureuses . La chambre est super propre et spacieuse . Grand lit confortable . Le petit-déjeuner est exquis. Je recommande cet hôtel. Il ne se situe pas dans les quartiers à touriste nous sommes vraiment au sein de la population .

This is a commercial building in the worst part of town. I couldn't even find the entrance to the "hotel" so I gave up. I wouldn't have stayed there for ANYTHING! Beware! This "hotel" is a SCAM!
