A second independent shower room completes the apartment for added convenience.

For your peace of mind as well as ours, a security deposit will be required upon arrival by bank card pre-authorisation. This authorisation will be released after your departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the apartment, in accordance with our obligations and professional responsibilities as licensed real estate professionals.
