Best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel! So clean, so efficient, so many options. Such an underrated place, I wish I had this hotel back home, it’s such a well established and managed hotel. It feels like a home rather than a hotel, just the layout the service the environment, it’s safe, quiet, parking is so easy, the staff is so friendly and welcoming. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I will keep coming back every year!

Nice stay

Overall a nice stay. The only inconvenience was the lack of rooms keys. The staff had to accompany us to the room each time we needed the door open. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and clean. The site offerings were nice with an updated bar and a new Starbucks.

This will be our family's second stay at this hotel. Comfortable, clean rooms. Location is very safe and quiet. Food was delicious. A big plus is that there is a Starbucks in the lobby. The courtyard is beautiful with a warm water pool. I will say that service was sometimes hit or miss. Sometimes front desk help was excellent and other times it felt like we were bothering them. Other than that our stay was great.

Property itself is great and beautiful! BUT AC And plumbing are old and leak I did change rooms because AC and plumbing issues but the new room still AC not working properly, i understand that local people doesn’t need AC but I do need all the time Staff are great and service too.

This is a nice hotel located on a busy street in La Piedad Michoacan. We were greeted by friendly front office staff for a quick and efficient check up in. The room was clean and the bed quite soft but comfortable. The furniture was perhaps a bit dated. There were no sugar free beverages in the vending machines so we walked across the busy street to a Walmart. As I am diabetic I would suggest the hotel ask their supplier to add at least one diet soda. David at the front desk was helpful in obtaining a pizza delivery. The hotel breakfast was excellent with cooked to order food with many ingredients.
