"The staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful, especially the bell hop and valet. Our room was not nice, directly over the loading dock which was very noisy, we didn't pay for a view because we were only there one night but the bathroom lacked cleanliness, the soap dispenser in the shower didn't work. The bathroom in our room needed a deep cleaning or just a remodel."

We were also there while the Kona Low began and Janna was so attentive and checked in on us multiple times.
