The bedroom and linens didn’t smell the best and the staff tried to tell me my tour was cancelled at 5am when it wasn’t. Thankfully, I didn’t leave the lobby and my tour picked me up before I went back to bed. Otherwise, this is in a good location for shopping if you’re just here for a quick trip.

The property is located very close to the Witches Market and central Cathedral. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast was as per many other hotels of this class. If you have heavy luggage there is no lift and staff don’t offer to help carry luggage up to your floor level. In my case 5th floor. The view from the breakfast area is across the city.

Only stayed here for a night. Nothing fancy, just a bed with a shower (what you expect for the price). The breakfast was okay, but staff were so helpful especially Josua (afternoon shift young man). Despite of the language barrier, he did his best to communicate and was very pleasant and helpful!

Okay for on a budget

We stayed here at two occasions. First for a few hours between our flight and bus to Rurre, we got a small room with shared bathroom. The room was very cold - as it is cold in the mornings there - and the shared bathrooms were not very nice. But we only needed to sleep for a couple of hours so it was okay. Second time we stayed for two nights in a bigger room with private bathroom and small kitchen, it was a better experience. The location is good right by the witch market, the staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s an old hostel, the bathroom is not very nice but okay, there are hot water, the view is nice but the smell from sound from traffic bothering if you open the window. The hotel also has a smell of old smoke from cigarettes, we had to wash all of our clothes. But it is cheap and you get what you pay for, ice standard breakfast. I would recommend if you are on a budget but be prepared that it is a bit worn out. Plus for location and staff!

Boa localização, mas experiência decepcionante

A localização é realmente muito boa, o que é um dos poucos pontos positivos da estadia. No entanto, o local é vendido como hotel, mas ao chegar percebemos que se trata, na verdade, de um hostel — o que causa frustração e quebra de expectativa para quem espera uma estrutura de hotel. Outro ponto negativo foi em relação às toalhas: nos entregaram toalhas muito velhas, e uma delas já estava rasgada. Ainda assim, tentaram cobrar de nós, o que consideramos totalmente indevido. Vale pela localização, mas a experiência como um todo deixa a desejar.

Local é um hostel localizado proximo a igreja de São Francisco. O quarto que nos foi oferecido tinha banheiro privativo, porém não existia nenhuma janela ou ventilação, tornando o local úmido e pouco ventilado. Foi fornecido apenas uma toalha de banho, mesmo a reserva tendo sido feito para casal. Limpeza era feita diariamente. Possuía TV quarto. Wi-Fi ruim e instável. Café da manhã básico e regulado. Bom atendimento do staff. Não retornaria.

Hôtel sans prétention bien localisé au centre avec une jolie vue sur les toits et les montagnes environnantes. Nous l'avons choisi après un bus de nuit pour se doucher et poser nos valises pour pas cher (nous n'y avons pas dormi). Remplit son office pour un séjour court.

las fotos de la pagina no se ajustan a la realidad. la recepcion muy pequeña. no tienen ascensor todas son gradas ,nada seguras. Los pisos que indican no son los reales por ejemplo la habitacion 3A se supone esta ubocada en el tercer nivel;sin embardo la realidad es que se ubica en el 4 nivel. el desyunador muy pequeño y en el ultimo piso. desayuno demasiado basico sin alternativas. toallas y sabanas ya muy usadas;percudidas. la habitaciones no tienen guardaropa baños muy estrechos.
