The staff is really nice , they helped us to have an early check in and find delivery food on suday (when everything was close). Its close (15 min walk) to mercado de brujas and murillo avenue an 30 min drive from airport.

Good choice

A good, central hotel. Some dust bunnies, but otherwise clean. Breakfast is basic, but eggs were great and they provided me a to go breakfast for my early morning departure.

Decent but unorganized

The kind gentleman checking us in at around 7:30pm was new and unfortunately not familiar with the system. We walked into our assigned room and there was an unknown couple in the bed. Turns out we were given an already occupied room. This was a humiliating experience for all of us, but particularly for the couple in bed. We were then offered another room, but when we walked in we realized it had not been cleaned at all since the previous guests left. There was trash and the bed was unmade, etc. We were then given a very small but clean room with twin beds instead of the executive double (large) room we paid for. The hotel did serve us lunch to make up for it and paid for our airport shuttle ($13). I would have preferred to have the room we paid for. Breakfast was not ready at the promised 7am time and it was not varied at all. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom stays wet b/c there is only half of a shower door. The location is perfect, on Plaza de San Pedro.

Bom hotel, boa localização

Bem localizado com bom atendimento. O quarto que pegamos no andar mais alto era grande e confortável. Dá para visitar os principais pontos turísticos a pé. Fica em frente a uma praça e perto de mercados, caixas eletrônicos, restaurantes, etc. Pecou pelo fato de não ter ar condicionado no quarto o qual ficava quente durante o dia, mas abrimos as janelas e amenizou. O café da manhã é ok

No geral o hotel é muito agradável e os funcionários simpáticos. O pequeno almoço é simples mas bom. O único contra é que por ficar ao lado da prisão de San Pedro a aplicação Uber não permite buscar ou deixar passageiros. No entanto a zona não parece insegura.
