"Our experience was not the best! First getting to access the property from the app was not easy. The link didn’t work. It took us about an hour to finally get it to work. The condo was nice but needs repairs, the beds and pillow were not comfortable, there were holes on walls and the main bed room AC started to leak with water. "Not the best location, right midway between anything. Cheap plastic plates and bowls. Scatched up, Impossible to clean. Torn sheets, minimal sheets and towels. Access to laundry blocked, very inconvenient for a 6 week stay. Many of the walls need painting. Bathroom and stove top fans filthy. Not at all a luxury anything. "This is a great condo. It's a bit tight with the big table but everything else was great. The couch was very comfortable as were the beds. There is a large tv in each room and it was nice to have laundry facilities. The only issue we had was finding the place. Having a video of the road and the adjoining properties would be helpful as well as having the address and unit number. Language was also an issue for us. But once we were there the unit was great."

"We had a great stay. The property is beautiful and our suite was lovely. We had just a couple of minor complaints.There is no hair conditioner provided, and none available, apparently. Our shower didn't drain well, and we were standing in ankle deep water during showers. Some of the food in the Bistro was bad (chicken shawarma sandwich and tortilla soup). Also, I left a shirt behind in the room, and felt that not enough was done by the staff to help locate it when I called."

"The place was COMPKETELY run down. It really shouldn't be open to the public and you definitely should not be promoting them. I am happy to share pictures. The ONLY area that has been mai tained is the lobby. I book for a week, had to pay in advance, but left after the first night. They have not refunded my money."
