"The property has no formal address because it is on an unpaved road. So it is very hard to find up two hills on the unpaved road. The pictures are very misleading and only the bigger rooms are shown. Then there is no free breakfast, but a dirty coffee table where everyone can share the same spoon to take coffee or cocoa out of a shared instant coffee tin and take sugar out of a cork covered jar which is covered with ants as it is on an outside balcony.

"The staff was very kind and tey to help.
The area of the of the hotel is so, so. On front are some buildings on ruins Many small and dirty shops. No pool, no s lounge to rest or spent some time
No gym. Room had s very small trash on the bathroom for 4 people. The towels were old and looked Grey instead of white. Food was good."
"The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The A/C worked wonderfully, which is an absolute must when traveling to San Andrés since it gets so hot and humid. As for the food, breakfast was just okay (it did the job), but they make amazing pizza, and the shrimp cocktail was super delicious despite the small portion size. The pool area was clean and nice. However, the jacuzzi was disappointing as it wasn't hot and stayed the same temperature as the pool. The biggest downside to the jacuzzi is the accessibility—there are no rails or steps to help you get in, and I saw a couple of people struggling to get in and out."
"This is one of the nicer hotels in San Andrés. It is not beachfront, but the beach is only a short walk away, which makes the location convenient.
The staff was kind, and the breakfast buffet was good. Those were definitely positive parts of the stay.
That said, the hotel needs better maintenance and stronger attention to detail. The rooms did not feel as well cared for as expected. The bed bases were dirty, and we rented a suite that was missing one of the glass shower doors, so water came out every time the shower was used. The bathroom also did not have an odor extractor, which affected the comfort of the room.
The pool was another disappointment. We could not really use it because it was very small and extremely crowded. There was also a sign saying speakers were not allowed, but people were using Bluetooth speakers anyway. It would be helpful if the hotel enforced its own policies, especially in shared spaces where all guests are trying to relax.
To be honest, I booked an Airbnb a couple of blocks away that was much nicer and almost half the price, so the value of the hotel did not fully meet expectations.
Still, overall, we had a good experience and enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a good location, nice staff, and potential, but it would benefit from better room maintenance, clearer policy enforcement, and more attention to guest comfort."
"I really enjoyed my time here. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. They were very helpful. I did not take full advantage of the amenities but I would definitely come back and stay here again."
"Absolutely breathtaking views, adorable two bedroom suite very spacious. The staff were very friendly super helpful with anything you need. There’s a lot of recreational activities on site you can rent."
