I do not think I have ever had such awful and rude service in my life! Check-in ends SUPER early (8:30 pm) such a very inconvenience if you are coming from the Madrid train station very late at night. Apart from being more than 1 hour away from what it feels civilization is, rides can be costly (almost 100€). Very hard to get around this little town because it feels isolated from other places. If you are looking just to get away in the mountains in a peaceful, quiet place I would recommend it. Especially because the place itself is very cozy. The biggest problem was the late check-in I did AFTER I HAD CALLED IN ALREADY, the staff kept complaining about how late I was and how she had to wake up very early the next day. Then when I asked about breakfast, she complained about her doing everything by herself including the cleaning after. It seemed that she hated her job and complained about it all the time. Not a good attitude towards it.

En general comparación calidad precio está bien y las habitaciones son amplias y bonitas. Para mejorar destacamos: no hay aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador de agua que no es eficaz y hace mucho ruido, deberían poner por lo menos un ventilador de techo o de pie silencioso. Las ventanas deberían tener mosquiteras, y los amenities (jabón, champú, etc) eran escasos y de mala calidad. El desayuno muy pobre (tostada bimbo y café). Finalmente, el wifi no llegaba al último piso. Como positivo, la cama es muy cómoda, las sábanas y toallas limpias y la habitación y el baño muy amplios y acogedores.
