Location was perfect! Staff was amazing!! So helpful, kind, and always willing to help. Allowed us to store luggage since we arrived early & carried heavy luggage up the stairs to 2nd floor!!! Restaurant was amazing! Great included breakfast!!! Would absolutely book it again!!!

Just a coupke of blocks from the town center. Friendly staff. Simple but nice breakfast a few steps from the hotel entrance. Swimming poool, A/C, view of the volcano (when the clouds lift...).

Lovely hotel right downtown La Fortuna. This is not a resort - but has a lovely pool and staff were amazing. Helped us with all our questions! The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Very good location, walkable to restaurants, a bank and the park. Good size rooms, clean, with AC and a mini fridge. The pool is very nice and clean. Staff is very helpful. For breakfast there are a few options to choose from and it is delicious.

This was an excellent hotel. My mother in law can’t walk well and they accommodated so quickly to help her. She loved the pool, convincente to walk around, shop, restaurants, etc.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Arenal Rabfer! The staff are super helpful—a big shout out to Fernanda and Fernando on the front desk, who were a huge help in booking activities (there is so much to choose from!) and transportation. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the pool is lovely, the food in the restaurant is delicious, and the location is fantastic: less than a block to restaurants, a bank, a fresh fruit store, and anything else you might want. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Good location and room was clean and nice. Bathroom very tight. The sharp corner of shower injured my foot. No coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was limited and very small portions, hardly a breakfast. Very poor and slow service

Pleasent hotel just 2 blocks from the heart of town. Good onsite resturant that had a scrumptious fixed menu offering for breakfast. Room was comfortable with working AC. Staff were very accomodating of requests.

Great trip to La Fortuna

The staff was always helpful and courteous. The complimentary breakfast was great. Location was convenient to downtown and the city square and restaurants. An item was lost from my suitcase and the staff was extremely helpful in locating the item and went out of their way to return it to me.

Hotel is good in downtown La Fortuna but still one lane away so not very noisy although you can hear vehicles at night. 4 options for breakfast - and they are all good. I tried their avacado toast breakfast twice and it was good. I also had their rice beans eggs breakfast and it was good too. My wife had the fruit bowl and it was great too. Good coffee too. Hotel lobby has water dispenser so you dont have buy water but can use their filtered water. Hotel attracts good birds. Very close to mini mart and also to downtown which has many restaurants. Uber is always available and is always only one minute away due to proximity to downtime. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel

The hotel is clean. I really like the upstairs community room that had sofas and a work table with plug-ins to charge your phone or plug in a computer. It is open air with Windows so you can see outside and it is on the second floor. I enjoy relaxing there and watching the people on the street and enjoying the nice fresh air! The front desk reception was very helpful and accommodating when my tour left right when breakfast started. They offered a cold breakfast option that I could pick up the night before! Since my tour started a little after breakfast started the receptionist scheduled a to go breakfast for me! The hotel is in the center of La fortina so the shuttle tour buses pick up from the hotel.
