"Booked and paid for room through expedia however when we arrived late at night the reception was closed and the machine to get access would not accept our booking reference. We continued driving and ended up sleeping in car. We did not cancel and requested refund, this was refused Needless to say will never use again"

The hotel was easily accessed, with a large secure parking area Very welcoming with a comfortable room and a good breakfast was available. There is a very large Le Clerc close by with a restaurant which provided a good evening meal and an opportunity to get items to take home. "
